The price of your home matters and you know that. How many times have you heard sellers and agents talk about "trying a price, seeing what the activity is, and then reducing the price later"? Probably often. If I am your agent I will tell you, "Not in this market." We need to start of strong. We want agents to see the value and want to sell it to their buyers. When selling make sure you are prepared to put the best price possible on your home as soon as it hits the market. You want to create excitement in the beginning and not have to reduce your price later. You will sell faster and for more money!
