8000 Tax Credit as Down Payment...Maybe, Maybe Not

It seems the announcement from HUD of the possibility the government allowing using the current 8000 tax credit as a down payment on a home purchase was a bit premature. They have now removed it from the website and it looks like it was more of a thought or an idea that comething concrete. Surprise, surprise....
