Property Disclosure, Agent Disclosure


Just because the seller is saying everything is okay doesnt mean it necessarily is. The listing agent should be disclosing any material facts. Should be. Make sure your buyers agent is asking them if there is anything they need to disclose...any issues, any material facts, etc. Buying a house is important and you need to make sure somoeone trusted is looking out for your best interest!
