Not a local area code means run the other way....fast!

If you are buying or selling a house and looking for a a real estate agent to work with, one tip would be to run the opposite direction if that agent has a long distance area code on their cell phone. Not good practice. Agents, if this is you then you should be running to your cell phone provider and getting it changed!
