Who is working for you?

But, basically it was about the fact that as a Realtor it is my duty to represent my client and their best interest. It is my responsibility to gather facts and information, not opininions. It is my job to make the transaction as smooth as possible for my clients and to hassle them with as few "problems" as possible. As much as we can handle on our end, the better. Of course, constant communication with the client is always a must as well. Happy real estating:)
